Refer to the application manual to understand the application of PPF. The application manual provides basic information on how to apply PPF. Depending on the size and complexity of applications, a certain amount of expertise is needed. We strongly advise having the PPF applied from approved Turtle Wax Car Care Studios. All the warranty claims will be addressed by the respective Turtle Wax Car Care Studios where the PPF was applied.
Turtle Wax makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Turtle Wax shall not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, in any way related to the technique of production or installation of Paint Protection Film regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Warranty is covered for yellowing / paling, adhesive failure, cracking/flaking in the middle of the film and excessive dimensional change. Warranty is applicable only for full car application and not for partial application.

The degradation of materials with time due to climate conditions is a natural and unavoidable phenomenon. A slight and progressive change of the transparency and brightness, as well as a slight peeling off at the edges and around the rivets, are normal phenomena that do not fall within the scope of this warranty.
In case of any replacement, the final decision will be taken by the respective studio and the brand.
